A discussion about how Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy can support you to make the positive and lasting changes you want to achieve. We also go through how each session will run and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you have. You then have the opportunity to experience a 30 min Relaxation session so you can experience Hypnotherapy and find out just how relaxed and safe you feel throughout each session.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation if you provide 24 hrs notice prior to appointment time.. The session will be charged at full price if cancellation is within 24hrs of appointment.
